Days 4 & 5 

Rebooting your system & Letting go of old energy and patterns

  • You begin to bring in new energy patterns after letting go of what no longer serves you.

Day 4

 

  • Upon Waking - Begin your day 30 minutes earlier that you would normally.

  • AM - Do the Morning Ritual - 7-10 minutes

  • AM - Do the Meditation - ‘I am a powerful being’ - Please see download at the bottom of the page

  • Make a list of all the things you are holding on to that you would like to release and let go of - then do the meditation AM or PM to release and let go ‘ The Hot Air Balloon’ Meditation

  • Evening - Just before your evening ritual do the meditation ‘I am a powerful being’

  • Evening - Finish the day with the evening ritual

 

 

Day 5

 

  • Upon Waking - Begin your day 30 minutes earlier that you would normally.

  • AM - Do the Morning Ritual - 7-10 minutes

  • AM - Do the Meditation - ‘I am a powerful being’ - Please see the download at the bottom of the page 

  • Sometime during AM or PM do this practice:

The Breath of Beginnings
Start with the simplest tool: your breath. Find a quiet spot and take 10 slow, intentional breaths, imagining each inhale drawing in peace and each exhale releasing distraction. Set a one-word intention for the week—like “openness,” “trust,” or “light”—and whisper it to yourself. This is your spiritual anchor.

  • Evening - Just before your evening ritual do the meditation ‘I am a powerful being’

  • Evening - Finish the day with the evening ritual

You are now ready to move on to day 6 - 

Re-calibrate and uplift your frequency and spiritual vibe.

  • Invite in new energies and allow them to integrate, your frequency will now begin to increase.
