Deposit Payment Terms & Conditions
 
By paying the £297 deposit, you are securing your place on the Starlight Signature Programme.
 
1. Deposit Payment
The deposit of £297 is payable at the time of booking and secures your place on the programme.
Places on the Starlight Signature Programme are limited, and your place will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
 
2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance of £700 is payable one week before the programme begins.
Your place on the programme is conditional upon the full course fee being paid by this date.
 
3. Deposit
The £297 deposit is non-refundable. 
The deposit is made to reserve your place and reflects the limited availability of places on the programme.
 
4. Cancellation by You
If you decide to cancel your place after paying the deposit, the deposit will not normally be refunded.
If you cancel before the programme begins and have paid any additional balance, any refund of that balance will be considered in accordance with Starlight Spiritualist School’s cancellation and refund policy. 
 
5. Failure to Pay the Remaining Balance
If the remaining £700 balance has not been received by the payment deadline, Starlight Spiritualist School reserves the right to release your place on the programme.
Where a place is released due to non-payment, the deposit will not normally be refunded.
If you are experiencing difficulty meeting the payment deadline, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the situation with you.
 
6. Programme Cancellation
If Starlight Spiritualist School has to cancel the programme, you will be offered a suitable alternative arrangement or a refund of payments made, subject to applicable UK consumer law.
 
7. Changes to the Programme
Starlight Spiritualist School reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, dates, tutors, delivery arrangements or other programme details where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as reasonably possible.
 
8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the £297 deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Deposit Payment Terms & Conditions.
