What can you expect from each session?
Each circle will be Spirit-led, meaning that Louisa will tune into the energy of the group and allow Spirit to guide the focus and direction of the evening.
Although every session will be unique, the evening will generally include:
✨ A short meditation to help you relax, prepare yourself and create the right space for the work.
✨ An introduction to the evening's subject, usually including a talk and practical guidance.
✨ A deeper meditation to help you tune in and become more receptive.
✨ Practical group exercises to develop your psychic awareness, intuition and spiritual abilities.
✨ Time to share experiences, ask questions and receive guidance.
✨ A gentle closing and grounding at the end of the session.
