This is a carefully designed program to guide you through the sensitive process of reconnecting and awakening your psychic, spiritual abilities and intuition, and ultimately to begin the process of connecting to the Spirit World.
We will be activating your psychic centres of Clairvoyance, Clairsentience and Clairaudience in preparation for your homework and meditations.
During our time together each week I will connect with you on Zoom wherever you are in the world.
I will be sending you handouts and homework tasks to do each week and there will be time for integration of each section.
Each week you will also receive a guided meditation designed to accompany the subject to you will be working in that particular area with.
For example: if we are working on activating your third eye then the meditation will be designed to help with that process.

Frequently Asked Questions
When are the Zoom calls?
The Zoom calls are weekly for a 2 hour live session with Louisa UK Time.
What happens if I miss a Zoom call?
I highly recommend you attend each of the live calls if at all possible. However, if you do need to miss a call, you can email any questions in advance so I can answer them on the call and you can watch the recording later. Each call will be recorded and emailed to you along with any other relevant material and homework within 48 hours of the live call.
How much time each week do I need to set aside to do the homework?
The homework and some of the tasks are to be integrated on a daily basis. It really is up to you how long you can dedicate to each task. I would suggest a daily commitment of at least 1hour which will be spread out throughout the day. This will make more sense when we connect and I can share the tasks and homework with you.
I’m not sure if I have any real psychic or mediumistic potential - how do I know?
We are all born psychic and when we embark upon a spiritual journey we will be re-awakening our unique psychic and spiritual gifts which are within each one of us. It will become very clear as you begin this journey which gifts and abilities you have and which ones you like to work with, and it will be those gifts you may choose to develop.

What if I need more time to integrate each part of the course before moving to the next part?
Between each part there is a two week integration period. However, If you feel you need more time to integrate what you have learned that is fine. You can simply let me know and you can continue with the mentorship at a later date.
Can I skip the first part if I feel I have already covered that?
Yes of course. If you feel you have covered one of the parts already: for example; if you have done a lot of inner work and have learned how to master the mind then you can skip part 1 and begin with me on part 2.

You mention about healing inner wounds and trauma - how do you do that? I hold a lot of trauma and I’m nervous about going into it.
In the course nothing is ever forced for that is not the way of the spirit or conducive to spiritual development. The work is gentle and that is why I will be a close mentor for you, to be with you during this journey so that you can feel safe and held during your awakening and opening up to a higher level of consciousness. The healing and dealing with trauma is a very natural part of your unfoldment as you connect with your higher self you will get to know yourself better and have a clearer understanding of why trauma has occurred in your life and why you no longer need to hold on to it. There will be meditations to help you let go and to heal.
I have a strong religious belief - I’m worried in case these teachings conflict with them.
With religions throughout the world we see a similar current of beliefs running through. Religions are essentially spiritual in nature and the teachings are unlikely to conflict with your core religious beliefs. Nothing is forced in the mentorship and all I ask is that you come with an open mind and open heart and a willingness to develop yourself to your highest potential.

Does the course include practical exercises?
There will be a good balance of theory and practical work. You will be working with traditional methods to activate your psychic and spiritual abilities. We will practise methods of attunement to raise your vibrational frequency.
You will be shown many exercises to enhance and strengthen your spiritual gifts. We will be using tools such as ribbons, colour, crystal, oracle cards, candle work, and so much more! All exercises will all be designed to open up and strengthen your clairvoyance & clairsentience. You will work towards heightening your sensitivity which will open up a whole new world for you.
Is there 1-2-1 support?
I will be there as your personal mentor to carefully guide you through the process.
You will be provided with my email address so that you can ask questions at any time.

This is a beautiful and magical journey of the soul, there will be much healing and many ‘ah ha’ moments in this transformational process which can be life changing
